Space requires: The whole machine takes around 60"w*55"L*81"H space. To maximum the space using, we add 4 storage hooks for all accessories, as well as 2 weights storage pins. Each pin is around 30" L, could hold the weights to 165 lbs, but suitable for 2" weights only.
Weight capacity:The whole machine could totally load up to 2055 lbs, including the weight capacity of high&low cable pulley system, and 4 weight loading bars, and the safety pin. Each pulley system could load the weights up to 280 lbs, the weight capacity is limited by the weight loading bars on the back of the machine, which is around 27” length. And the length of weight loading bar built on the leverage arm keep the same with the one on the back, while the weight capacity only load up to 250 lbs
Adjustable:
Adjustable leverage arm: Here are 11 holes on the middle of the machine for adjusting the height of the leverage arms. The safety pin acts as the start-stop positions for your training. Choose a suitable height according to your height and the exercise you are going to perform. If you’d like to perform lat-pull down, insert the pin into the higher hole, while choose the lower hole as working bench press, or squat. When you are tired, and almost ran out of strength, the safety bar could guarantee the lowest position of your motion.
Iso arm lock: The iso arm lock is designed for single side exercises. Many people have slight strength imbalances between their dominant and non-dominant sides, and unilateral exercises can help correct these imbalances. By working one side at a time, you can focus on developing equal strength and stability, reducing the risk of injuries related to imbalances. How to perform single side exercise? unplug the iso arm lock, and remove the pin, choose a safety position for one leverage arm, with another arm released.
