We try to get orders out as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, please email us at support@syedeegym.com immediately with "CANCEL" in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the order is too far along in the shipping process.
If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, please take the following steps:
1. Email info to support@syedeegym.com
2. Send us your order number and the discount code you were provided.
3. Please allow for 2-3 business days for a reply.
Shipping
In normal case, packages will be shipped out in 1-3 days. If you haven't received a shipping notification from us, please email support@syedeegym.com.
Visit the order confirmation page by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.
Your order may have shipped in multiple packages, and the system only shows 1 tracking number. If you want to get all tracking numbers, please contact support@syedeegym.com
Currently, our shipping is limited to the lower United States (48 states).
