How fitness get into your life? Any positive/negative changes?
I got into fitness in college. I took a weightlifting class at the university and from there I got a job at a local gym selling contracts. Once I found out about "natural bodybuilding" I got excited because I knew it was something I could do without drugs. I actually convinced my wife to compete with me to help my personal training business, we never thought it would lead us to the professional level but we both achieved our pro cards so now we compete every 2 years atleast. It has been an extremely positive thing in my life and it's something that has helped my whole family grow together. Even my kids love it.

Why you decide to build up a home gym?
We decided to build a home gym when everything shut down for covid. I worked at a gym as a personal trainer so I lost my source of income when gyms closed. Starting my home gym was my way of providing at the time which was actually a blessing. I was able to create the perfect space for me with everything hand picked to make sure I was able to do an entire competition prep at home. And now I have ny personal training business in my own studio.
What is your daily/weekly fitness plan?
My daily fitness routine consist of 5 meals surplus or deficit depending on if I'm on a competition prep or growing phase. I train for 1hr to a hr and a half depending on body part and I switch from push/ pull programs alternating with legs 3x a week. I change about every 3 months.
What is your current goal?
My current goal is to gain 10lb of lean muscle before standing on stage again.
What Syedee fitness product do you have and how is your user experience?
I currently own a syedee V squat/ hack squat and it is absolutely amazing. The machine is solid when operating no shaking even when loading big weights. The range of motion is perfect and very smooth.
What fitness machine you want to get next?
Next I would love to get my wife and clients the hip thrust machine.
