How fitness get into your life? Any positive/negative changes?

Multisport athlete when younger (baseball, football, mma).

As an adult I tore 2 shoulder muscles, after recovering I was motivated to get stronger.

Why you decide to build up a home gym?

March 2020

What is your daily/weekly fitness plan?

4-5 days a week strength training, +30 hours of training other clients.

What is your current goal?

Max Strength

What Syedee fitness product do you have and how is your user experience?

Hip Thrust machine. Lot’s of pro’s but some cons.

Pros: Easy to Load, Targets muscles very well, pads are comfortable so far.

Cons: Unit is bowing towards the weighted handles (can tell because pin no longer lines up), does not provide enough lap space for larger people.

What fitness machine you want to get next?

Chest supported row machine.

Any other you want to share with us?

Great machine at this price point – I wish I could pay extra for upgrading a few different parts like the padding and weight sleeves.
