Warranty

If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right. We stand behind our products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

In the claims process, please understand that warrantied products are replaced at Syedee's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear. Products modified or repaired outside of Syedee will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if a product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage (i.e. storing outside), or handling by the user. Syedee does not guarantee compatibility with other companies’ products and warranties can be voided in these cases.

**Negligent or faulty use includes: abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the loaded bar on a box, bench, spotter arms, or pins in a rack; excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers; excessive dropping with iron plates; excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces; and/or similar usage).**

• Parts: 1 Year

* Lifetime Warranty: Syedee Gym will warranty these products from defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. Warranty does not apply to parts maintenance.
